An agent that watches plan folders for new PDFs, runs vector diffs, maps each change to cost codes/tasks/inspections/open RFIs, and drafts one-page “Change Briefs” per trade (before/after snippet, what changed, action, due date). It pings only the affected stakeholders via text/email, requires one-tap “Got it,” rebuilds the two-week look-ahead, and updates allowances/PO drafts and cash forecasts when pricing is impacted.

Crews were building from outdated sheets, plan changes weren’t priced into allowances promptly, and subs learned about revisions days late—causing out-of-sequence work and margin leakage.
