Project overview.
A two-way sync agent that auto-codes bills to the correct job/cost code using POs/COs, blocks “uncategorized expense,” pushes approved CO budget updates into QBO immediately, and reconciles vendor names/cost codes so reports match. A monthly exception sheet flags duplicates, missing credits, and stray transactions with click-to-fix proposals.

Month-end dragged on, financials were noisy (uncategorized spend, mismatched codes), and WIP reports lagged—leaving leadership flying blind mid-month.
